The method that is used in this study is descriptive quantitative method. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling sample. The sample of this research was iPhone 12 users who live in Bandung City, with a total of 100 respondents. The analysis data technique that was used in this research was multiple linear regression. </em><em>Based on the results of the T-test in this research, product quality and price variable have a significant influence on purchasing decisions partially on iPhone 12 smartphone users in Bandung City. Furthermore, based on the results of the F-test in this study, product quality and product price variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions simultaneously on iPhone 12 smartphone users in Bandung City. Majalengka. This study uses quantitative methods and descriptive analysis as well as multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, namely all 33 employees of the Majalengka Regency Social Service. and the performance of the crew is in the very good category. Partially, the workload and incentives have a significant effect while the non-physical work environment has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Majalengka Regency Social Service. The number of samples used in this study was 240 respondents using proportionate random sampling. The research instrument in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used Partial least square (PLS). The results showed that entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Family support has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on entrepreneurial attitudes. In order to increase their employee performance, organization need to know factors that influence employee performance. Work Dsicipline is one of the important factor that can predict employee performance. This study is aimed to identify the impact of work discipline on employee performance in PT Kota Jati Furindo Jepara. Hypothesis for this research is work discipline has significant effect on employee performance. This research use quantitatve approach. The questionnaire was distributed to 350 employee PT Kota Jati Furindo Jepara and gets 313 useable responses. Using simple regression and decriptive methode, we found that work discipline has significant positive effect on employee performance (0,551). Collecting data in this study through the distribution of questionnaires and using descriptive quantitative data analysis. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling method, namely by purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study were consumers who had visited the Scarlett Whitening official store at Shopee, with a total of 100 respondents. The method of analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis test. </em><em>Based on the results of the F test in this study, it shows that the variables of product quality, service quality and price have a simultaneous effect on buying interest skincare Whitening official store at Shopee by 79%. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational culture and work attitudes on employee performance. Researchers want to know and overcome the problems that are happening to the object being addressed. </em><em>The method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and causal techniques. Sampling used a non probability random sampling method, with a saturated sample of 68 employees. </em><em>The results of the analysis using software SPSS 21 which proves that organizational culture and work attitudes have a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on the performance of the intended object. Partial influence of organizational culture is 23.6% and work attitude is 13.8%. Meanwhile, simultaneously at 37.4%. The conclusion of this study is organizational culture, work attitudes, and employee performance as seen from the results of the overall description analysis included in the good category. Kualitas layanan sepertinya selalu sejalan dengan peranan karyawan. Loyalitas pelanggan dianggap sebagai faktor utama yang menentukan tingkat penjualan atau pendapatan bisnis. Untuk menarik pelanggan menjadi loyal, perusahaan tidak hanya harus memiliki produk dengan kualitas baik, tapi juga harus memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan yang baik agar pelanggan puas. Selain kualitas pelayanan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien adalah <em>complain handling</em>. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh penanganan keluhan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien dengan kepuasan pasien sebagai variabel mediasi di masa pandemi covid di RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Lokasi penelitian ini yaitu di RSK Bedah BIMC yang terletak di Jalan Bypass Ngurah Rai No.100X, Kuta. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan <em>non probability sampling</em> yaitu metode <em>purposive sampling. </em>Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala <em>likert</em> (5 skala). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur (<em>path analysis</em>). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penanganan keluhan dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Penanganan keluhan dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien RSK Bedah BIMC, Kuta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, dimana seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif dan berbentuk penelitian asosiatif kausalitas, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dan hubungan ini memiliki sifat sebab akibat. Terdapat 3 (tiga) variabel operasional yang akan dikaji yaitu: Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan, dan Motivasi Kerja. Pengujian instrumen penelitian terdiri dari 2 (dua) tahapan yaitu uji validitas instrumen dan uji reliabilitas instrumen. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Bank Mandiri KCP Kerobokan. Meanwhile, the sample to be tested is in accordance with the research criteria that have been determined and the sampling technique is purposive sampling, and the companies that meet the sampling criteria are 8 companies. The data used in this study are secondary data from the annual financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 which were obtained from www.idx.co.id. The data collection technique is purposive sampling. The sampling method was carried out purposively or with certain objectives and considerations with the criteria of customers aged 17 years and over and had made transactions at Kopikota Bali. Respondents were set at 25 x 5 = 125 respondents. The research method applied in this study is based on multiple linear regression analysis with data collection techniques used are documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and t test analysis. The results of the analysis show that the regression results are Y = 1.125 + 0.221X1 + 0.297X2 + 0.476X3. The conclusion obtained is that product quality (X<sub>1</sub>) has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) which is shown in the regression coefficient </em><em>β</em><em><sub>1</sub></em><em>X<sub>1</sub></em><em> which has a positive value of 0.211 with t<sub>count</sub> = 2,301 &gt; t<sub>table</sub> = 1,979 with sig = 0,023. The analysis used includes data instrument testing (validity test, and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the results of the analysis using regression, it can be seen that the variables of standard operating procedures (0.575), job descriptions (0.475) and work culture (0.409), all have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the t-test, the results obtained are standard operating procedures (0.021), job descriptions (0.014) and work culture (0.001), all of which have a significant effect on employee performance. The instruments in this analysis include effectiveness, implementation, community satisfaction and quality of service in the distribution of Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance in Mengwi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency.</p> <p>The type of data in this study is primary data, which means that the data is collected according to the interests of the current research. In this study, the structural equation analysis used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with an alternative Partial Least Square PLS (component based SEM).</p> <p>Statistical analysis shows that implementation has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Community satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on service quality. implementation has a positive and significant effect on effectiveness.
