This type of research is quantitative descriptive using cross sectional data that occurred in July 2019. Based on the results of research from 35 respondents samples of consumers with affordable populations, using the Guttman scale and KR 20, obtained information that the Attention dimension of 0.82 which means, promotion can attract attention. Interest dimension of 0.95 which means that promotion can arouse consumer interest to buy. The dimension of the Desire is 0.64. Even though it is not too big, it can be categorized as being able to bring up the desire of consumers to buy. And the Action dimension of 0.79 which means that the promotion has been able to move the consumer's decision to buy. Behaviors and lifestyles of consumers who prioritize self service also contribute to the development of the concept of a minimarket, especially in this case are Indomart which is not only a minimarket that provides daily necessities, but also as a cafeteria. The price competition, product quality and brand love of minimarket these days, prioritize customer loyalty.The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: (1) the effect of prices on customer loyalty in Indomaret GKB-Gresik, (2) the effect of product quality on customer loyalty in Indomaret GKB-Gresik, and (3) the influence of brand love on customer loyalty in Indomaret GKB-Gresik. This research is a field of research conducted using a quantitative approach to Indomart customers who make purchases more than once. The research population is Indomaret GKB - Gresik customers with 100 respondents using accidental sampling method. The data obtained were analyzed using research instrument testing and research hypothesis testing using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) analysis. By using mountly data from 2016.1 to 2018.12 on error correction model, this research finds out: (1) product varian of BIN’s cigars significant statistically influence total sale of BINs cigars in local market positively. (2) average price of BIN’s cigars statistically influences total sales of BIN’s cigars in local market negatively. (3) promotion costs of BIN’s cigars statistically did’nt influences total sales of BIN’s cigars in local market negatively. Saiful Bahri Irvan Sumiafandi <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, company image and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the local water company (PDAM) in Probolinggo. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive approaches and associative analysis. The method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires), observation, documentation and literature study. The data sources used are primary data in the form of a general description of the company and the results of distributing questionnaires and secondary data in the form of explanatory quotes of variables obtained from books on related variables. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with the current number of customers as many as 20,000. The method of data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of SPSS 23 for Windows. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data used are primary data sourced from direct observation, and documentation of financial records. The results showed the transfer price set by the company using the market price method. Market prices are considered an appropriate method of determining transfer prices because products transferred between divisions are in the external market as well. However, in the calculation of the contribution margin of the Division that transfers the product it needs to be re-evaluated. The research methods used in this study are descriptive research methods&nbsp; with a&nbsp; quantitative&nbsp; approach&nbsp; to&nbsp; getting&nbsp; a clearer and&nbsp; more&nbsp; detailed picture of a state based on the data or information that has been obtained. The results of the research obtained by the average regional tax contribution to the original revenue of S ikka Regency from 2013-2017 (5 years) by 14.27%. These results&nbsp; indicate that&nbsp; the &nbsp;level of regional tax contributions to&nbsp; the&nbsp; indigenous revenue of S ikka regency from 2013-2017 in the criteria of less co ntributing to the local revenue.&nbsp; The average rate of growth in S ikka District tax is 2013-2017, which amounted to 16.2%. This shows that the local tax growth of S ikka Regency is included in the less successful criteria. The results of the projected calculation of regional tax&nbsp; revenues&nbsp; for&nbsp; the&nbsp; next&nbsp; five&nbsp; years, 2018-2022&nbsp; are&nbsp; expected&nbsp; to continue to increase annually. In 2018 predictions of S ikka district tax revenues amounted to Rp 15,960,932,070.345. In 2019 the prediction of local tax revenues amounted to Rp 17,514,147,581.89 and in 2020 the predicted regional tax revenue of Rp 19,067,363,093.435. One of the roles of SMEs in supporting the Indonesian economy is to reduce poverty through providing employment. Women's participation in the business sector has also increased, this phenomenon occurs throughout the world, including in Indonesia, as shown by USAID and IFC in the Market Research Study in 2016. This study aims to determine whether the factors in the form of access to capital, government support , social networking, competitive advantage and strategic market position, consumer orientation, business plans, marketing communications, and women's personality influence the success of women-owned SMEs, with the hope that this can be a motivation for Indonesian women for becoming more productive and having an entrepreneurial spirit. Data was taken from 400 respondents in 8 sub-districts in Surabaya, then processed using SPSS program. The results of this study showed that simultaneously the independent variables consist of Access to capital, Government Support, Social Networks, Competitive Advantages and Positioning, Consumer Orientation, Business Plans, Marketing Communications, and Women's strengths have a significant influence on the success of women-owned SMEs. Macro economy conditions can influence composite stock price index. Indicators of macro economy are chosen in research is inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate. The three is part of the key variables of macro economy that can be used to see the activity of a country’s economy. This research analyzed the influence of third macro economy variables to composite stock price index in five ASEAN countries namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Thailand were using analysis multiple linear regression with research’s periode January 2014 up to December 2016. Results showing that partially, only exchange rate which have significant effect on composite stock price index, while inflation and interest rate has no significant effect on composite stock price index. Simultaneously the inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate equally had a significant effect on the composite stock price index, but only able to explain as much as 19,1 %. This research is only use 3 economy variables. A total of 241 worthwhile questionaires were collected to be used to examine the structural model and the measurement using PLS path modelling analysis. This research was conducted in several coastal tourism objects in East Java, which were emphasized on the north coast of East Java. This study found that service quality has a significant effect on intention to revisit. This study also revealed that at the same time brand experience also had a significant influence on intention to revisit. In addition, this study also revealed that visitor satisfaction was significantly also able to mediate the relationship between service quality with intention to revisit while also having a mediating function of the relationship between brand experience with intention to revisit. This can be interpreted that the coastal tour manager should focus on improving service quality and developing visitor experience in order to enhance tourists' emotional attachments to the coastal tourism area to shove repeat visits among visitors. This research has contributed to an increase in understanding of the effect of service quality and brand experience on intention to revisit by adding satisfaction variables that serve as mediation. This research is associative casual research using quantitative approach. This research was conducted on PT Liku Telaga’s employees. The population of this research is all permanent employees of PT Liku Telaga. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling method from 68 respondents. Those data were processed using SPSS software ver.20. The result of this research shows that 1. Shift system doesn’t affect significantly and affect positively to employee’s performance 2. Employee’s stress level affect significantly and affect negatively to employee’s performance 3. Work environment affect significantly and affect positively to employee’s performance 4.
